The Art of Blissipline

Have you heard the word ‘blissipline’ before? I love it a little too much. My interpreted definition is ‘the art of determining and incorporating the little things you can do each day that make a BIG difference in how your day goes-to give you more space, freedom, love and flow!’

I have been thinking about this a LOT lately, as I have a lot on my plate and have been playing the ‘too tired’ card a little too often. I met with my amazing mastermind group (shout out to Kirstin Bernau and Michelle Alcon) and they got my energies flowing again- ready to commit to taking the next leap! Nothing better than amazing friends/colleagues to face your fears and free up your flow!

So, starting at the beginning of this week I have been diligently doing yoga and meditation every day. I am still moving towards a schedule of getting it all fit first thing in the morning (which I believe is the most effective since it gets the day started off right), but am glad to say that I will be sticking with it (no excuses) for the next 30+ days, no excuses. I can already feel the difference it has made in my mood, energy, and mental flow and look forward to settling into this being ‘the new norm’.

Needless to say, this is my version of blissipline. I have seen the effects of meditation in my ability to see possibility in my life and reach past the ‘rules’ I had set up as boundaries. Through stretching and appreciating my body in yoga, I am incorporating better self-love and connection to the divine.

Your version may look completely different- going out for a walk, run, dancing, napping, gratitude journalling, etc. Find what is meaningful to you and makes a difference in your life and do it- every day!
