4 Tips for Setting a Resolution That Sticks!

New Year’s is the perfect time to envision the year ahead of you as a blank canvas- ready for you to paint your amazing life (masterpiece). I think it is so exciting and inspiring to take the time to imagine everything that is possible, so that I am ready to take the steps toward my dreams when the universe sends me messages. Taking the time to remember what it is that you really want from life is crucial to it coming to fruition!

It seems, though, like there is often some information lacking in peoples’ ability to actually know how to follow through on the goals they have set forth for themselves (and I promise it’s not laziness!). I wanted to take some of the guesswork out of creating your 2015 New Year’s Resolutions so that this time they will stick!

The last step, which is not covered in this article, is to create a visual representation of your goals or dreams. Create a dreamboard, screensaver, or find everyday objects you encounter and ‘program them’ to remind you of what it is that you really want to create in your life!
