Lindsay Robin Wellness and Empowerment

meI was a born entrepreneur, out-of-the-box thinker, helper, healer, with a passion for discovering life purpose and the psychology of human potential. I love, live and breathe this stuff- but it was a long road recognizing that this was even a ‘thing’. That I could actually make money doing something I loved, and honestly… that I even had permission or deserved to be that happy.

The deeper I got into values work and lifescaping, the more I realized that the best way to get there was through having my own online business. This meant that I could not only earn a great living, but also homeschool my kids, travel as much as I want and be the leader I desired for other parents and entrepreneurs who had an inner nagging to do something that didn’t feel do-able because it wasn’t ‘conventional.’

It’s crazy how our beliefs can get in the way of realizing our full potential and experiencing complete joy. Even things that call out to us- through our interests, desires and inner voice- are often second-guessed and overridden by others’ opinions or our limited scope of what’s ‘possible’.

The funny thing is, we don’t even know what’s possible!

If you’re in the personal growth world, you’ve likely heard the story a million times, but think of Roger Bannister. He was a runner in the 1950’s, when it was widely believed that running a mile under 4 minutes was impossible, and not only that but it was dangerous. For 9 years, the record stood at 4:01 as runners struggled with the idea that maybe, just maybe, the experts were right or that they weren’t willing to die for this. However in 1954, Roger Bannister broke 4 minutes. During the years that followed, many more did, and now it is almost routine.

So what do we take from this?

What are you not allowing yourself to accomplish because it is ‘impossible’, it is ‘dangerous’, it confronts your inner critic or clashes with the agreements you have made about ‘who you are’ or ‘how you are’ in the world?

The more I explored this world and where my subconscious limitations were, the more my life opened up to me. Accountability to taking charge of my life was HUGE, but this focus on shifting my subconscious was a total game-changer. The more I was coached, the more I was able to bring my subconscious into consciousness, the more I energetically shifted the person I was BEing, allowing me greater choice in my day-to-day, focus on my dreams, and expansiveness in my future.

In everyday terms? I became a better coach, a better mama, wife, friend, lover, healer, sister, daughter… I became happier, healthier, more joyful, more fulfilled…

My life, and business, just got— better!

I knew what I wanted, and was no longer willing to live by other peoples’ rules. I knew that deep inside, this incongruence of who I really was and the life I was living was causing the agony and disconnectedness I felt and I was ready to make a change.

Are you ready to explore your dreams? To dig into the beliefs that are holding you back and clear away all the clutter so that you can experience true freedom, adventure and connection?

I’d love to chat!
